They are self-produced in Berlin, in small-batch runs, from high-grade stainless steel.

Executed with laser-cut precision and using my signature Twist-Hinge detail, the flat pieces are easy and intuitive to bend by hand. They invite you to engage with the designs and co-create pieces that are an aesthetic statement with an edgy commentary.

  • How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?

    Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered and your location. We always aim to deliver well within 4 weeks from the date of your order.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping prices inside EU countries are included in all product prices. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us at info@ronen-kadushin.com

    Can I pick up my order directly?

    Sorry, this is not possible. Currently we do not have a showroom or a store to pick-up products directly.

    How can I track my order?

    To track your order, you will receive an email with our delivery service tracking details of your order.

    Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

    No, not for the small flat-packed home accessories.

    My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

    Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you received the order confirmation. For any additional concern, please do not hesitate to email us at info@ronen-kadushin.com

    How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

    Simply email info@ronen-kadushin.com with the address change. If the package is not in transit, we will try our best to divert it to the correct address.

    How will I know how my order is progressing?

    Once your payment is received, your purchase is sent directly to the workshop. So that you can monitor the progress of your purchase you will receive three emails regarding the status of your order. You will be alerted by email at the following stages;

    Once your payment has been accepted

    Once your order is dispatched from our manufacturer to your chosen address

    Once your order has been delivered

  • How do I return my purchase?

    I’m dedicated to providing good customer support. If you wish to return an item(s), please send an email to info@ronen-kadushin.com. We kindly ask you to include your purchase order number so we can find your order details in the most convenient way.

    What happens if I don’t like the product once it arrives?

    I’m confident you will like your product, but just in case, we have a Return for Any Reason policy. If you are unhappy, contact us to arrange for your return.

    What does “Return for Any Reason” mean?

    If you decide, after receiving delivery of your product(s), that you wish to return the product(s) for any reason, you can.

    What is the return notice period?

    We provide customers with a 14-day period for returns.

    Does Ronen Kadushin provide refunds?

    I provide refunds.

    Any product(s) returned will be fully refunded, less the delivery costs to return the product(s).

    What are the shipping charges in case of returns?

    You can return your item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date. If the product(s) is not damaged or faulty, and you simply decide that you do not want them anymore, you will receive a refund, less the outbound associated shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary according to the item(s) and your location.

    In the unexpected event of receiving a faulty product(s) or if you have a warranty claim, please contact us by email at hello@fit-furniture.com. Photos may be requested to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange a replacement, a store credit or a refund for the item(s), and cover all associated freight costs.

    I need to return an item(s), but I don’t have the original packaging. Now what?

    To issue a credit note, original packaging is required in instances where you have changed your mind or would like to exchange for a different item(s), size or color. Please note that the item(s) must be unused and returned within 14 days of purchase.

    If the item(s) is faulty, but the customer is no longer in possession of the original packaging the return claim can still be submitted. Where the original packaging is either damaged or no longer suitable to protect the product once shipped, you must arrange by whatever means to have the product(s) safety and securely wrapped before being picked up by our delivery partners.

  • What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?

    Ronen Kadushin warrants all products for a period of three years under normal usage to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

    This warranty does not cover:

    Normal wear and tear;

    Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;

    Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;

    Any indirect or consequential loss.

    This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Order Number or invoice is considered proof of purchase. All works carried out by a party under instructions from us will be covered by the 12-month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by us to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.
